TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

The below sets out the key terms that apply to your engagement of Simple Nimble Pty Ltd. These terms are valid for 24 months from the date of first engagement. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss or alter any of these terms. 

1. Confidentiality

We will keep your business details and any confidential information shared as part of our engagement(s) with you confidential. We will not reproduce any of your confidential information without your prior consent. We would be grateful to include your business name as a client on our website at the end of our engagement, please let us know if you would prefer us not to.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property produced under the schedule of work will remain the property of the client. Where existing intellectual property such as frameworks and tools have been used to enable the final work product, it will remain the sole property of Simple Nimble Pty Ltd and will require written consent for use outside of this engagement.

3. Disbursements

In addition to any fees set out in current and/or future proposals, we will claim disbursements for travel (airfare, accommodation if needed, and transport costs) and costs incurred in the delivery of the work (printing and licensing). We will endeavour to discuss these with you prior to incurring any additional expenses.

4. Payment terms and conditions

Simple Nimble Pty Ltd will invoice the client, in advance, on commencement of each Phase, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date.
